I grew up in the 80’s, I am an 80’s child, and therefore I’d like to take the chance to be completely biased and say it was one of the best eras for music! So it came as no surprise that the 80’s Rewind Festival was a great success last summer, though I would like to thank all the festival goers for their lively discussions and positive comments on our article posts. Late last year I reported on plans for 2010, which have now moved at breakneck speed towards confirmation. So hold on to your hats, as its time for those all important line-up and ticket details!
First off for the science bit. This years festival will take place between 20-22nd August at Temple Island Meadows, Henley On Thames. Just like last year, the stunning festival site will cater for both day visitors, and campers, with spaces for campervans, glamorous ready erected tents, family friendly camping fields, and boat moorings. It’s a festival for all ages, and there will be food, drink, and entertainment to suit all tastes as well. This will include comedy, fireworks, funfairs, and even a bit of Karaoke for anyone who’s in the mood for a sing-along. This will all run alongside a two day feast of main stage action, featuring some of the best 80’s stars around! Feast your eyes on this little lot:
